On 21 September I will be taking part in the Cumbrian 3 peaks challenge, in aid of Eden Valley Hospise which is based in Carlisle. Eden Valley provide an excellent service to both patients and family; they offered great support when my own grandmother was a patient there earlier this year.

The challenge is to climb Cumbria's 3 highest peaks in 24 hours, I also have the pleasure of completing this with my Mum, Dad and 2 older (always patient) sisters.
