We provide help and hope to everyone living with dementia.

Story

10 years ago I lost my grandad, Wing Commander Harry Guile, to Alzheimers disease, the most common cause of dementia. He remains a huge inspiration to myself and my family to this day for all that he achieved throughout his life.

To mark the decade of his passing, I will be performing a free-falling skydive from at least 13,000ft on 1st December 2015 to raise money for the UK’s leading dementia care and research charity, the Alzheimer’s Society.

There are 850,000 people currently living with dementia in the UK. Your donations will not only help the lives of these people and their families, but also help find a cure for dementia which will ultimately save the lives of millions of people in the future.

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.
