Tom Griffiths is raising money for Action for Carers (Surrey)
Story
All donations will go to provide opportunities for young carers to access a normal life.
Young carers look after an unwell or disabled family member – often putting others first, with less time for themselves, and lots of extra worries and responsibilities.
Surrey Young Carers helps these young people, with free information and support for them and their families, to help minimise the impact of their caring role.
They run workshops, forums, groups and activities – giving young carers time out from caring – and helping them to reach their full potential, as well as have some well-deserved fun.
Any donation you can make would be much appreciated – and make a real difference to young carers’ lives.
