Story
Firstly thanks for checking out the page!
On October the 15th this year I'm going to be dragging my questionable 18 stone (hopefully a bit might be trimmed off by then) dad bod 26.2 miles round the Yorkshire countryside to raise funds for Tommy's the pregnancy and baby loss charity.
This is deeply personal to Sarah and I, those that know us, know we've been through the wringer a bit when it comes to our journey to parenthood. After multiple miscarriages and all the poking and prodding that the NHS would do we reached a dead end, and were told there wasn't anything that could be done for us.
However, whilst struggling to come to terms with this and not wanting to take no for an answer we came across Tommy's, Thanks to the amazing work of one of their research clinics we now have our amazing little man Albie.
We owe Tommy's everything and the least I can do is put myself through a solid 5 hours of pain in hope that funds raised might help another couple in our position.
Thanks for taking the time to read this, sorry it got a bit deep in the middle but now you're at the end if you do have anything spare to donate which I know is a struggle for most right now, please be rest assured that its going to a great charity that makes a real difference to peoples lives.
Tom, Sarah and Albie x
