This will be my 12th Great North Run and I’ve ran for various charities including Cafod, The Red Cross, St Claire’s Hospice and the Lymphoma Association.

Almost three years ago, I lost my Dad to lymphatic cancer and since then my family and I have raised money for various charities in his name. Giving money to charity was something which Dad felt very strongly about and so we wish to continue doing this in his memory.

We would really appreciate any donations so that we can help to beat cancer and give hope to cancer sufferers and their families.
