Story

Hey my name is Tom Coleman and I am doing 12 hours on the Stairmaster also known as the stepper in the gym to help raise money for Hayward House. Hayward house Is a unique home-from-home environment, where more than 1,000 patients with advanced, progressive and terminal illnesses, including those at the end of their life, are cared for each year by a specialist team of doctors, nurses and therapists. My auntie Tammy requested I choose and help Hayward house due to the work and care they provide.

My Auntie Tammy was battling cancer for around 4 years and on Sunday afternoon she passed but over the past week she was looked after by Hayward House which is a self funded palliative care unit. Meaning any bit of money I raise for them directly helps them run and provide care to people like my auntie and continues to support the unit.
