Story

So, after reading the first 70 pages of the David Goggins book called ‘Can’t hurt me’ , I’ve decided to embark on the David Goggins 4x4x48 challenge on the 5th March 2021; Run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours!  Starting at 8pm on Friday 5th March, I will run 4 miles and rest until 12am and repeat another 4 miles, rest till 4am and so on until 8:30pm ish Sunday night. 

As we come out of lockdown 3.0, many people’s mental health will begin to improve as the light at the end of the tunnel is in sight. However, for many, this will prove a very anxious time and I believe it’s important to maintain the spotlight on the mental health of those that are struggling in silence.
