Story

Hello!

With a history of knee problems and general aversion to anything longer than 5 km, I never thought I would attempt a half marathon.

I am proud to say I will be running in support of Mind, one of the largest and most important mental health charities in the country.

Amid a rise in mental health issues, countless individuals, especially young adults and those who feel isolated by society, suffer in silence. Let's support Mind, the mental health charity, in their mission to make mental health an everyday priority. By challenging injustices in healthcare, work, and law that burden those with mental health problems, we can foster a more compassionate and supportive society. Join my half marathon fundraising to aid Mind's vital counseling, helplines, and outreach. Together, we'll break stigma, empower lives, and create a brighter future.

Stand with Mind, and let's run towards a world where mental health receives the attention and support it deserves!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
