I decided to do something good and will be running the London BUPA 10K on the 30th of May for the Charity Malaria No More. 

As everyone has seen in the media Malaria is a devastating disease. The most frustrating thing is many children and adults die despite the fact a simple mosquito net could save their life. In the developing world many people have a slim chance of surviving this painful disease and its estimated 1.5 MILLION people die every year as a result of it. For just £5 a mosquito net can be shipped out and can save a life. I have set a target of £250 to pay for 50 mosquito nets.
