So here we are again it seems. Back for more.

After running last years Leeds Half Marathon we both took a great sense of achievement from the event. We raised a fantastic total of around £950 for the fantatsic workers and children at Martin House. It was your kind donations, the raffle at first direct and the car-boot sale we held in Dewsbury which helped us raise so much. We would like to thank those who donated BUT urge you to dip into those pockets just that once more.

The pain and suffering of training for the run is all worth it when you visit Martin House and observe the phenominal work they undertake everyday. We had a lot of fun at last year's event and were so pleased with what we raised, we couldn't help come back for more.

Martin House Hospice cares for children and young people with progressive life-limiting illnesses and provides support to their families throughout Yorkshire. They are based in their purpose built hospice in Boston Spa, Wetherby which we both had the pleasure of visiting last summer.

Martin House is very close to Ryan's family, as you may know. They took care of sister who passed away at just 100 days old, as well as his family throughout.

We just simply want to raise as much money as possible again.

Please do not feel pressured into donating, but if you could just spare a couple of pounds, collectively with everyone’s help we can make a real difference and help this charity by raising another good sum of money.
