Next month Rob and I are cycling 500 miles around the north coast of Scotland along the NC500 route. We're both crazy enough to be doing it primarily for the fun of it! The ride, scenery and plenty of tinnies of Tennant's should be an experience to remember!

That said it's no small ride. By the time we've finished we'll no doubt have tackled everything the Highlands can throw at us; hills, wind, rain and swarms of midges! So we thought we'd use the opportunity to share a fundraising link for Sarcoma UK, a charity that is close to both of us. They fund vital research, offer support for anyone affected by sarcoma cancer and campaign for better treatments. Sarcoma is a type of cancer that develops in the bone and soft tissue. It is difficult to diagnose and one of the hardest to treat. Any donations will be going to a great cause and provide the motivation to get us round the 500miles!
