As many of you may know, Peta had a heart attack whilst out on a run a few months ago. 

As a fit, healthy, 38 year old, this came as quite a surprise to us all. Not to mention very scary. Especially for Peta. 

She suffered a SCAD heart attack, which very little is known about, so she has very kindly decided that my heart should also get some exercise and help raise as much as we can for the British Heart Foundation.

 Therefore, along with some of Peta’s friends and family, we are all running this 5k in Bournemouth.
