If you haven't already guessed - I am running the London Marathon on behalf of Dogs Trust in October 2022.

I know there is a lot going on in your lives and in this insane planetary reality we find ourselves in at the moment and although there are hundreds of worthy causes you could donate to - I'd like you to donate to the dogs!
