As many of you may know I am running the Great North Run on Sunday to raise money for Meningitis Research Foundation.

We have have been supporting MRF for many years now having lost our beautiful family friend Sally Woodhouse in 2006.

Myself and Kate Woodhouse will be taking on the 13.2 mile challenge after many months of training hoping to break the 2 hour mark!

Any donation towards furthering the great work of the Meningitis Research Foundation would be greatly appreciated, so give what you can.
