We provide suicide prevention resources to help prevent suicide in the UK

Story

In October I am running the London Marathon and the Beachy Head Marathon and I will be raising money for CALM.

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK. CALM provides a free and anonymous helpline and webchat staffed by trained professionals, bereavement support, and runs inspiring campaigns tackling stereotypes of masculinity, suicide and mental health.

I want to support a charity that is helping people feel more empowered in sharing experiences of mental health and I would be hugely appreciative if you could donate to this great cause.
