Story

We’re fundraising for Tearfund so that people living in poverty will be better equipped to deal with the devastation of coronavirus.

We’re starting to see the impact coronavirus is having on some of the poorest communities. In places with poor healthcare and less infrastructure the potential for devastation increases. By sponsoring us you will help Tearfund’s work, including promoting hygiene practices, providing food for those in quarantine and building hand washing stations.

For every £3 donated, Tearfund can provide a family living in poverty with a months supply of sanitary essentials, such as soap and disinfectant.

We’re all climbing over the next 14 days, but which mountain is each mountaineer climbing?

Kilimanjaro (6000m): Titus, Simon, Bubz, Alex, Tommy, India, Sam T and Alfred

Four Peaks (4000m): Rachel, Sam W, Anna and Rebecca

Please consider donating, even if it’s a seemingly small amount - it will go a long way.

Thanks so much!

The Team.
