About Me

After having gastric surgery in September 2022, I decided to take on a challenge as a way to get fit. In January 2023 I started working back with Hft and thought that any challenges I do could be used to support the people we support.

About Hft

Hft is a national charity providing care and support to adults with learning disabilities looking to make a real difference to someone’s life every day. 

My aim is to raise funds towards the conversion of a garden outbuilding at one of our services in the Forest of Dean. The room will be used to provide sensory based stimulation to the 4 young men that live in our supported living service.
