Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease in 2006 and since then have had major surgery, and various drug treatment programmes to keep the disease at bay. All the medical support I have received has enabled me to live a full life, whilst seeking to manage the condition on a day-to-day basis. In the meantime the search for a cure continues; and Crohn's and Colitis UK (CCUK) is heavily involved in on-going medical research to this end. CCUK do an amazing job supporting patients - especially those who have recently been diagnosed and want to find out more about their condition and the drugs available to them. All the money raised for CCUK will go towards the wonderful work that they do, and for which I am personally grateful.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
