I am raising money for the Nepal Education Foundation (nef). This charity directly supports six small government primary schools situated in remote locations in a mountainous region of Northern Nepal. Like in the UK, communities in Nepal have been heavily affected by the pandemic. The communities are vulnerable, and existing challenges around employment, healthcare and education have been exacerbated. Unfortunately, the schools are currently closed as a result of rising infection rates in the country. This fundraising campaign will make sure that all 550 children across 6 schools: 1. Return to school safely and with confidence when the Nepali Government re-opens schools. 2. Have access to basic facilities, such as books, creative materials and educational games. 3. Receive effective well-being support
