Rebecca has just started Brownies and is taking the idea of thinking of others before herself and doing a good turn every day very seriously. So when we heard about the Santa Run on the local radio, she asked if she could do it.

Not wanting to be out-done by his big sister, William said he'd like to be a reindeer too. The catch - they need an adult to do it with them, so I'll be wearing my Santa suit and completing the 5k with them.

I just hope I don't hold them back and slow them down! :-)

We're running (well, walking probably as William likes to remind us he only has little legs!) for Keech Hospice Care who look after children. So we're having a laugh to help put smiles on the faces of children who are having a tough time.
