Due to the walk being cancelled this year because of the coronavirus I'm completing 'Walk the Wight My Way' to help make sure that, even during this challenging time, the most vulnerable in our community are cared for when they need it the most. I have been out training with my good friend Eddy Parsons and so far this year we have walked in excess of 100 miles. This would have been the 30th anniversary of the walk, my 5th and Eddys 2nd. Disappointed but understandable. Its only with our help that Mountbatten can continue to be there for Island people in the last years of life, when the time comes to die and to help those left behind come to terms with their loss. Without our support, Mountbatten cannot afford to deliver the services they do, as well as meet the needs of the increasing number of people who need care and support.Please help me by making a donation of whatever you can afford.
