My friend Erica's husband Mark was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease in November 2008 at the age of 34. They have 2 beautiful kids and it came as such a blow to family and friends. I am taking part in the Firewalk along with Erica to help raise funds for MND Scotland who do such important work to help family's like Erica and Mark and hope that one day a cure will be found for this disease.
