I am taking part in the Lunar Walk on 4th September for Forest Holme in Poole who provide the most outstanding care for terminally ill people and their families.  I am participating in this fund raise in memory of the most bravest, amazing person, my wonderful mum who lost her battle to her illness in February.  The people at Forest Holme offered my mum an amazing nurse who visited my mum weekly offering her medicine and hope and since her death have given me wonderful support and now its my turn to give something back!
