The three of us are taking on the challenge of Wainright's Coast to Coast walk to raise money for this great charity. To make it as demanding as possible we will be walking the 190 miles, in 10 days with full camping gear, from east to west (into the prevailing wind). It’s not a flat walk either, as I’m sure we will discover as we negotiate the Yorkshire Moors, Dales and Lake District National Parks!
Anyway, it’s going to be tough but Rethink do tremendous work for people suffering with severe mental illness, so please dig as deep as you can!
