On October 7th I'll be running the Royal Parks Half Marathon to help raise funds for a great cause! The National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society has a vision to provide a better life for people who live with this debilitating disease. Many people are unaware of what a significant impact rheumatoid arthritis has on a patient's quality of life, and the work carried out by the NRAS is of vital importance.

I have no set target but I want to raise as much money as I possibly can, so any sum you can or want to contribute to this cause would be extremely appreciated.
