Story

Hi!

As the title suggests, I'm participating in a leg of the Tour De France 2012 this summer; the tour is opened up to keen amateur cyclists every year under the name of l'Étape du Tour, and I shall be cycling a gruelling 150km (that's 87 miles to you) on July 8th, consisting of hilariously gargantuan climbs through the Alps.

My training has already started - though I'm genuinely terrified about the whole thing, and am starting to wake-up in cold sweats at the thought of powering up those monster mountains...

You can follow my journal of the experience at: http://transeuropaexpress.net/

I'm raising money for the very worthy Anthony Nolan Trust, so it would be lovely if you could donate something to them on these pages, if even just a few quid. Or - even better, go and donate some bone marrow..

Thanks!
