Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Like most during lockdown I've eaten to much and struggled to get off the sofa, well now the time has come to get moving and if I can help someone else great. For the next month I will be walking for at least 30mins a day in order to raise money for a brilliant local charity Beacon Centre for the Blind. Now 30 mins might not sound a lot but I haven't moved in 3 month's and my body really isn't a temple 😂🤣

Now I'm not expecting anything like Major Tom but anything you can give would be amazing.

The Beacon Centre for the Blind is a local charity that has been actively supporting vulnerable visually impaired people during Covid 19, like others their funding has been heavily impacted and they really need our help. The charity has been helping others for over 130yrs now they need our help. Having worked there for a number of yrs I have many happy memories and first hand experience of the fantastic support they provide.

Please give what you can and I will drag my body around the streets of Gornal for the next month. Thank You 👍
