The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions. The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

Story

Well it's been cut now. Thank you to everyone who has supported me and donated.

Most of you know me with long hair, some have even threatened to cut it off. Well, what is a better cause then a children’s charity?

I have decided to donate my long beautiful ginger locks to a Little Princess Trust (http://www.littleprincesses.org.uk), a UK registered charity that turns donated human hair into wigs for children with cancer. With this in mind, I am also aiming to raise £500 for this charity through Just Giving. I hope that with support of all who know me I shall be able to reach my fund raising goal by the end of 2011. And then, along with the money, the Little Princesses Trust will be getting over 20” of my hair for them to make into a wig for a cancer affected child.

Thank you for your support of this worthy cause. So please “Think of the children” and dig deep!
