Story

Thankyou for visiting my fundraising site.

On 2nd March, I will be running the High Peak Marathon. A superb, 42 mile, overnight navigation and endurance challenge. The route follows the high ground of the Derwent watershed around the Peak District, passing over Kinder Scout and Bleaklow along the way. It's should take around 11 hours.

As many of you know, I do these mad events every so often - but this is the first one that I've decided to seek sponsorship for. It's a very deserving cause; a charity set up by a mountaineering pal of mine who has cancer. They create opportunities for many people with cancer to enjoy outdoor adventure activities during their illness.

So, please make a difference and donate what you can - it'll certainly inspire me to keep shuffling forward on the night.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Challenge Cancer Through Adventure will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

Many thanks for your support.
