This summer my target was to cycle from London to Paris with Cure Leukaemia on the 2020 London Paris Inspire A Revolution cycle ride in June.  Due to COVID, this event was postponed until Sept, and then again to June 2021.

However, I don't intend to let COVID get in the way of highlighting the great work Cure Leukaemia does.  So I rode the London to Paris distance on the original June dates anyway, and will be doing it again on the revised September dates as well, starting and finishing in Cheltenham

Therefore I will now be doing the L2P distance twice this year - from Cheltenham in June and September, and then the real thing in June 2021!

Each ride is 500km, over 4 days, cycling an average of 80 miles a day, and turning the pedals approx 450k times!  Both cycle rides will be a challenge involving many hours in the saddle.  So anything you can do to help me either by sponsoring directly, or by asking others to sponsor, would be greatly appreciated.

All money raised will go towards funding specialist research nurses at 12 blood cancer centres, who connect patients with the latest treatments through clinical trials.  Not only do these trails save lives, they also help hasten global progress towards eradicating all forms of blood cancer by trailing new interventions.  Cure Leukaemia has already made a significant impact and the funds raised will help this to continue.

Please help me raise sufficient funds to make a difference.  The chance are that we all know someone who has suffered from cancer - this is for them.
