This is the first and third of five big rides for charity this year, totalling over 500 miles! Please support me and raise money for the lovely people at Marie Curie cancer care.

The first one is done! 81 miles in the Scottish Highlands round Loch Rannoch. A beautiful but extremely hard ride - and there are harder to come! Thank you so much for those who have supported me so far!

But I have another Etape for Marie Curie in the Pennines to do - apparently the hills are so steep they had to shorten the route from 100 miles to 60 miles this year as so many people never finished!

I'm also doing the Wiggle Dragon ride for Macmillan on the 8th June (http://www.justgiving.com/TimCoveney-Dragon2014) and the RideLondon 100 for Prostate Cancer UK (https://www.justgiving.com/TimCoveney-RideLondon2014) - I don't mind which charity you choose to support, but am very grateful for your support in any case!!
