This Summer Tim and I and participating in the 3 Peak Challenge, to raise money for our new church Building Project which will be planted within the south of Lincoln City, in North Hykeham. 

The VISION is to buy a community venue that will outrageously bless the South of our city!!!

We are excited about all the things we could do under one big roof -community groups like Butterflies and Men in Sheds, (both community run projects aimed at combating loneliness and supporting the older generation), alternative provision for excluded pupils, Foodbank, CAP  (Christians Against Poverty, Debt Centre), Alpha, an amazing Cafe and Parent and Child facilities, Holiday Clubs, Counselling and support for those in need as well as hosting our ever growing Sunday services

One project very close to our heart, and one which will hope will enable us to do more, is 'Ark' (Alcohol Recovery through Kindness), which Tim & I founded 2 years ago. ARK is currently an online support group, reaching out to just under 1000 members from across the world, offering support and advice as well as daily meditations, memes, and mantras. We are keen to grow as a Charity, and to be able to deliver local support to people who are suffering with this disease, and partner with other community projects to enable more people to receive the help they desperately need.

3 years ago, I had never heard of Scafell Peak, let alone ever considered climbing it in addition to Ben Nevis and Snowdon.  To date, Tim and I have now reached the summits of all 3 as well as started to tick off the Scottish Munros (mountains above 3000ft).  We feel that this challenge, to climb the 3 highest peaks in the UK in 24hrs, will be our toughest challenge yet and will test us physically, mentally and emotionally, as well as our patience!
