mission accomplished in under 7 minutes! I started fast and when the going started to get difficult I looked up and I was only on floor six! Still managed to keep running all the way though...

The AIT team at Legal & General will be racing to the top of Tower 42 in aid of Shelter on the 1st of March. Running up 920 steps as fast as we possibly can. Straight up 183 completely vertical metres!
