Every year, at least one in four people will experience a mental health issue of some kind. I don't believe anyone should have to face their fight alone.
When you're experiencing a mental health issue, supportive, reliable information and its accessibility can change your life. That is exactly what Mind does, acting to empower people to understand their condition and the choices available to them.
After losing my friend this year in particular, a person who brought so much happiness to the world, it brought to light exactly how dangerous mental health issues can be. Without the support of charities such as Mind, many would have nobody to turn to, and issues would remain undetected and unresolved.
Thank you for any donations, whatever the amount, every donation means a lot.
In memory of Joel.
