This is by far the toughest physical challenge I've taken on in the last 10 years. I know that raising funds for an incredibly valuable cause will provide some great motivation heading into race day.

Many friends and family members in Shrewsbury will be aware of the crucial services provided by their local hospice. I know that both my parents have been grateful for the support of the Severn branches over the years.

I've set a relatively low fundraising target - if you're able to help me smash it then I know it will make a massive difference personally, and to those in need of palliative care in Shropshire.
