I am the Founder and Director of Alive! I set this charity up in 2008 and I am passionate about empowering older people, especially those living in residential care.

I'm training really hard at the moment and hope that I can exceed my fundraising target. The money will be used to bring meaningful activity sessions to vulnerable older people in care.
