Dear All

Apologies for the delay in giving you feedback on my recent 10k run but our year end results slightly distracted me.  As you can see from the before(with two of my daughters) and after pictures I managed to complete it, as witnessed by the medal and in 70 minutes which was slightly longer than expected  due to practising in the wind, wet and cold conditions and on the day of the race it being a sunny 22°c!

Thank you to one and all for sponsoring me and we have got to £3,695 so far! Which is a tremendous effort on behalf of the Christie and there’s still time to donate if you wish too.
