Thank you very much for all the generous gifts so far. I am not bothered how small the gifts are, all will make a difference to this marvellous cause that has helped me and my family in so many ways.

14 years ago my late wife Jackie passed away from cancer, during her illness the hopsice at Pendleside were a source of great support and strength to her and to myself and to Evie and Harry. I have wanted to give a little bit back and here is my opportunity. I know 12 miles is not a long way and compared to what some people attempt this is quite small but this is my little bit. Please give whatever you can and support this wonderful centre that truly allows people to come to terms with what life throws at them and helps their families pick up the pieces.
