We are powered by people. We’re here to find a cure and improve lives, together.

Story

I am a Professor in the Psychology Department at the University of Lincoln UK.

So many people with Parkinsons have participated in my research into the neuropsychology of eye movements and cognitive function over the years that I would like to do something in addition to my research to directly support them.

I have also wanted to complete a triathlon for a long time having done several swim/ run events before.

So I thought I'd combine the two with a first attempt at charity fund raising (I hope I can finish and dont get a puncture!).

Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.
