I ran my first ever half marathon last October to support their work. I wasn’t planning to run again so soon for them but when the earthquake hit Nepal a few weeks ago I just had to do something so made a late entry to run the Bupa 10k race on the 25th May - bank holiday Monday

People were incredibly generous last time and, with GiftAid, I raised nearly £1,200. Even though this race is only half the distance I would love to raise even more to help Y Care work with the YMCA in Nepal to provide life-saving support
