Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit this page.

Tragically, my amazing, brave and beautiful wife Lynne Darley recently lost her fight against pancreatic cancer. After 2 and a half years and almost 30 rounds of chemotherapy she passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her children on the 6th of August. She was just 53.

To someone fighting Cancer, or any other illness which causes hair loss, this is one of the hardest symptoms to face. Alongside hospital visits, painful procedures and challenging treatments, for Lynne, losing her hair took away her sense of identity and heavily impacted her mental health.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, her funeral is going to look a lot different to what we would have imagined, and with that in mind we would love for her friends, colleagues and loved ones to not send flowers, but instead consider a donation to a charity that helps children facing hair loss. Lynne was incredibly maternal and much of her life was dedicated to childminding and raising her own children, so this charity feels close to all of our hearts.

Thank you for reading this, and thank you for any donation of any size.
