In June of this year I took part in the 'Help for Heroes' Big Battlefield Bike Ride for the second time.

The signature event in the Help for Heroes Calender is the Big Battlefield Bike Ride, on the 5th June, 300 cyclists gathered at Southwick house in Hampshire, before setting off to ride 350 miles across France. Thank-you to all those who sponsored me this year, and a big thanks to those who have sponsored me this year and last year.

Help for Heroes raises money to support members of the Armed Forces who have been wounded in the service of their country. I have decided to “do my bit” again to show these extraordinary young men and women that they are being cared for, please help me raise a great deal of money.
