Hi Guys

This Saturday I'm running the Mulberry Mud Run. More details on the precise run here... http://www.havenshospices.org.uk/about_us/Latest_News/mudrun-celeb-start but think 2.5 miles of head to toe in mud + it will be pissing it down + I will be wearing a full on suit & tie etc, oh yeah, pics to follow on facebook.

I will be joined by the cute and dumpy Dan Jobber (I swear Spiderman was bigger when on TV?) + 1000 more but our fancy dress will piss all over everyone elses!! Need to raise a minimum of £50 so please help me, I love you long time! In fact it's such a massive event a Cbeebies presenter is counting the start down, boom!
