Story
I will be running the London Marathon on the 28th of April to raise money for the Disability Law Service.
The Disability Law Service is a registered charity which provides free legal advice to people with disabilities, their families and their carers, through online services and a telephone helpline. It also provides a legal casework service, including full representation in court. The DLS provides these vital services to over 4,000 people each year, many of whom are in distress as a result of discrimination or improper care.
It is particularly important to the DLS that it supports people who are unable to obtain legal help elsewhere because they do not have the resources to pay for advice and/or are ineligible for legal aid. For an idea of the great work that the DLS does, please take a look at some of their success stories: https://dls.org.uk/our-impact/success-stories/
It would be amazing if you were able to help support the work of this important charity. Thank you.
