For those who don't know what an Ironman is. It is one of the toughest endurance races there is. It is a triathlon consisting of 

3.8 km (2.4 mile) Swim - In the Sea

180.2 km (112 mile) Bike - with lots of hills involved

42.2 km (26.2 mile) Run - a marathon to finish

Tim is aiming to complete this in 13 hours

Tim has spent the last year training for this, taking part in many other races as part of his training programme.
