<p>Hi Guys,</p> <p>I'm running the Birmingham half Marathon on October 23rd (a man with a beard told me to!). There were no plans to publish this info to the masses, but an article in the Solihull news has prompted a few people to tell I should achieve some good whilst putting this aging body of mine to the test!</p> <p>I've chosen Birminghams Children Hospital as my charity and I would be really grateful if you would support me in raising as much as possible for this local and wonderful charity.</p> <p>Training has started, way too late according to some, but I'm pretty sure I'll get round...
