On 8th August, Becky and Tim will be walking 23 miles along Hadrian's Wall to raise money for the Alzheimer's Society. Alzheimer's is a dreadful disease that is indiscriminate in who it affects but has devastating consequences for both the sufferer and the sufferer's  close friends and family. It is not just a disease of the elderly and we are sure that some of you will know people affected. The Alzheimer's Society is dedicated to defeating dementia through research and your support would be greatly appreciated. Apparently it's the hilliest part of the wall and is likely to take 12 hours, although it may take slightly longer as Tim intends rebuilding the wall as he goes!
