Anna and I have decided to run this year's Reading Half Marathon together on 29th March 2009.

We really hope you can give something towards our chosen charity, 'Help for Heroes'.  I'm sure the charity needs no introduction to all of you, but i really think that these boys and girls who put their lives on the line deserve some help when they are injured or maimed in action.
