Did you know that more than 1 in 4 women in the UK has been sexually assaulted or raped?  Cambridge Rape Crisis Centre provides vital support for all victims of sexual violence in the city where I work.

I ran the Cambridge Half last year in 1:54:55 - and am aiming to beat that time this year, so any ratcheted incentive structures would be welcome!  However, of course, any support at all will be hugely appreciated :)
