With Mitochondrial Disease its so difficult to plan for. All you know is that it is progressive, and there is no cure. So we just have to take each day as it comes. What keeps us going is the Lily Foundation.

The Foundation enables us to connect with families that
are going to through a similar journey.  We want to support the Research team work on new treatments which will improve the health and well being of affected adults and children.

The wine tasting competition hosted by Rak Jain (House of Townend) sold 39 tickets and raised £1,560. Including the extra donations from Elaine Kang, Leah Sutton, Tommy & Caran Doyle, Jackie Murphy & the Taubman we raised £1,745 in total for the Lily Foundation.
